Beautiful Tanjore painting of Kamadhenu, the divine wish fulfilling cow goddess, bestowing her abundant blessings upon Vashista Muni, the sage of supreme wisdom. Kamadhenu is considered the mother of all cows and is worshipped by all Hindus. Some other names of Goddess Kamadhenu are Surabhi, Shaval, Aditi and Kamudh.
The heavy embossing work gives it a 3 dimensional effect.
The Tanjore is done with original 24k gold, size is 4.5x3.5 ft, and is framed in Teakwood.
